Bei dem W5600A handelt
es sich um ein ultraportables Gerät, das gerade mal 1,6 Ki­logramm wiegt und mit einem 12,1 Zoll Bildschirm mit WXGA Auflösung aufwartet. Das No­tebook ist je nach Konfiguration mit einem Pentium M 740 oder M 760, Alviso 916 GM Chipsatz und einer 60 beziehungsweise 80 Gigabyte Festplatte ausgestattet. Der Arbeitsspeicher umfasst 512 MB. Zur drahtlosen Kommunikation kann WLAN oder Bluetooth genutzt werden. Weiter besitzt das Notebook eine ein­gebaute 1,3 Megapixel-Kamera sowie Schnittstellen wie USB 2.0, Firewire, PC Card Typ II und einen 4-in-1 Cardreader. In der Basisvariante kostet das Notebook W5600A rund 2000 Euro.
